Create Custom Code for Event Sessions in Marketing E-Mails

I need to create an email with a custom code to show only the session button for which the customers registered.

Basically we have four buttons for four different sessions and we would like to show the contacts in our segments only those sections for which they registered.

Does anyone have any experience with this and is there any way to solve this?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

RE: Create Custom Code for Event Sessions in Marketing E-Mails

    Hey Nya,

    thank you for your response.

I tried to do it just as you said but it does not really work as I wished, because:

    1. After clicking on the buttons in the emails nothing happens and the sessions do not open in Teams

    2. Also there are still shown all sections / buttons in the email (not only the ones that I registered for in the event portal) In this case I only registered for the first session "Einführung&Einordnung(Introduction)" and "Marketing". That is why I wished that only those buttons would appear in my mailbox.

If you have more info on that and how to realise it, I would be very thankful.

    Kind regards

RE: Create Custom Code for Event Sessions in Marketing E-Mails

    Hi,

For example, there are two sessions in Event 03, called Session 01 and Session 02.

Contacts FF1 and FF2 registered for Session 01 and only FF1 registered Session 02.

You can add the following type of button.

The URL of the session can be found with dynamic content feature.

Then open the HTML designer of the email and copy the URL of the session to replace the URL of the first one.

Session 02 can be handled in the same way. You can change the text displayed in the button to distinguish between them.
