I have a requirement for exporting relation data of an entity into a word document by using mail merge template.
here I have to write custom workflow reason I have to add some fields depending on the other field values.
So please help me how to load a new ms word document withe crm mail merge template.(ie I have created a mail merge template.I have to use this template to fill some part of the document.So i have to load that template first and need to write).
Need a plugin or workflow code to load mail merge template ....
