May I know what will happen if client didn't pay Enhancement Fees?

If they ever decide to come back and be current on maintenance I believe there is a 10% penalty for the lapsed plan plus they would pay for the period for which the plan was lapsed. The immediate impact would be the loss of CustomerSource so they would have no access to support or payroll tax updates or service packs. Not a good thing.
