ReportReport

Hi Everyone,

I have a requirement to create a view/report to show contacts/accounts in CRM that do not have activities (such as emails and phone calls) set against them. So far I have failed in trying to deliver this. I wonder if anyone has had any experience in trying to do something like this.

CRM seems to be great at telling you what records have records linked to them but not records that have no records linked to them. I also tried to create this query using a LEFT OUTTER JOIN in report builder 2.0 to no avail. I am probably going about it in the wrong way(s). Any help please. Many thanks in advance.

Al

     Hi, Alex.

With view it will be hard to do.

With reports you can use following SQL query:
Select * From FilteredAccount a Where Not Exists (Select * From FilteredActivityPointer Where regardingobjectid = a.accountid)
