Preferred browser for CRM 2015

Hi Guys

Wondering if people are able to give me some advise around their preferred browsers for Dynamics CRM 2015.

We were previously using Chrome however things kept breaking with each new release, we then moved to Firefox however that seemed to be blocked some of our customization which redirect to an internal site.

We are using IE11 at the moment but find the performance to be quite terrible and have a lot of intermittent issues with various forms.

Im thinking about rolling back to IE10 in a hope that it might help, is anyone here using IE10?

    Hello

Internet Explorer 10 is, in fact, a supported version of IE for Dynamics CRM 2015, and should not have problems using it.

For the supported versions of Internet Explorer, or other web browsers, please refer to this link:

If you might face slowness, maybe you should do a more in-deep troubleshooting or open a support ticket to know why you are facing these performance issues.

Thank you for using Microsoft Dynamics Communities

    Hi,

I am using IE 11 with CRM 2015 without any issues. The slowness depends on many factors. If your customizations using more resources, it will affect the page load speed. Also, try to fine tune IIS if you are using On -Premise. Review forms, and try to load minimum contents on load.

I am curious if there are any recommended tests to carry out with CRM for Browser upgrades /versions as they come.  What methods do the experts follow to validate the response - (monitoring/logs etc.,?)

    thank you,

    Hello Knight,

    Thank you for your query,

I am sure you might have resolved this issue by now, however I am just giving you a heads up to you in case you encounter the similar issue in future.

You can refer the following document as a compatibility list for CRM 2015.
