Hi there,
I just want to know if a Customer Journey is live with dynamic segments, does it dynamically send emails to new Contacts if the dynamic segment is update or refreshed?

The answer is Yes, Dynamic segments get refreshed about once an hour when they are live, so emails will also be sent to new contacts after dynamic segment refreshed/updated.
