My client's requirement is to setup the Collection dashboard that shows to collection agents (admin assistants of the departments) overdue customers relevant to them.
Criteria is Business Unit dimension.
It is not maintained on the Customer Master data, neither on the invoice headers.
Only on the invoice lines as 1 invoice can contain more than 1 project or relevant more to 1 BU.
When trying via Customer Pools/Join Tables... it doesnt show anything.
Any workarounds?
