I have a trial environment for CI and after encountering an issue with the data sources, I decided to do a partial reset. The problem is, it has been in this state for a little over 2 hours now. Has anyone encountered the same problem and what are the steps to resolve it? Is it just a matter of waiting it out?

You can go Power Platform admin center(https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/environments ) to check reset details:
Sometimes, the portals gives you false message so try logging out and login again in a different browser.
Or you can open the ticket with Microsoft and ask for support if you have waited too long:
https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support

I have recently faced this issue, i checked with MS they said, its a trail where the Region available.
