Use Correlation to track Email conversations

Hi All,

We have disabled "Smart Matching" Email feature for correlation to track email conversations. But even after displaying this feature, when customer is sending a new mail without modifying the subject but changing a mail body content. 

Customer is saying they don't want to associate such kind mails to existing record, where subject of mail like "Re : hello" and mail body is new. 

We have observed that when we disabled "Correlation to track Email conversations" then automatic record linking is not happening, but we need to enable tracking token feature.

Can someone guide us on this, how we can achieve this.

    Hi Pallavi,

    Do you mean customers don't want to automatically track responses to D365 emails?

    If so, you just need to Select the email messages to track in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

    Go to Personal Options, under Email tab, users can select a filtering option that determines what email messages will be tracked.
