I just want to confirm if it is possible to integrate Dynamics 365 for Marketing(Real-time customer-led journeys) with CRM On-Premise?
I would really appreciate a confirmation.

There is currently no official documentation that explicitly states that Real-Time Marketing can be integrated with On-Premise.
You can raise a support ticket for a further confirmation.
