Error when calculating the retail statement

Hi Expert,

We are getting following error message when calculating the statement in commerce and retail. We also have execute the validate store transactions job but not successful. We are using on premise D365 fo. Installed product version : 10.0.17 (10.0.761.20032), Installed platform version : Update41 (7.0.5934.41638).

There are 1 transactions for store 000001, terminal 000001 and shift 5 that are not successfully validated and hence are not included in statement 00000021-000023. Please validate them using the batch job ‘Validate store transactions’ and recalculate the statement to have these included in the statement.

Hello Warisali,

It seems that one sales transaction was not Validated successfully due to any inconsistency in this transaction.

Please find this transaction with Validation status = Error eg in Store transactions form and verify what is error for this transaction by option Validation error.

You may try to fix this error by Edit/ Audit feature:

Edit and audit cash and carry and cash management transactions - Commerce | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Docs

If you cannot correct this transaction that eg. there are too many errors you may also change status of this transaction to Void and create new one in Store.
