Construct PaySlip & employee salary

Hi,

I am trying to explore how to construct an employee salary for an employee in D365 Finance & Operation (HR Module).
Lets say I have an employee who:
  • Earns $1000 per month as basic salary
  • Tax deduction is %5 from basic salary
  • Social Security is %5 from basic salary
  • Accommodation allowance of $300
  • Location Allowance of $500
  • Tardiness deduction is $100

So his net earning would = 1000 - 50 - 50 + 300 +500 -100
Net Income is $1600

now how can I configure this for an employee. A document guide or video will help.

Thanks.

you'll need to set up earnings, deductions, and allowances.

For a more detailed guide, you can refer to the Microsoft documentation on setting up payroll for workers.
