Dear All,
Is it possible to final approve (check-mark) all requisitions at once, instead of doing it one by one?

Hi,
Can you please elaborate your requirement of approval.
Unfortunately I don't think this is possible.. though it may depend on your BP roles in the user setup (Requisition Approver or Purchasing Manager)..
Once the requisitions are all approved, the purchasing manager user can select multiple requisitions to transfer them as PO to GP.
We used to have BP for the requisitions, but we replaced it by a more 'modern' procurement system about 3 years ago.
Hi Beat,
Which procurement system usurped BP in your case?
And does do the quote?
Hi RomRyan,
We opted for Paperless eRequester after looking at different products on the market at that time.. Today, I'd probably select something else, but at the time, the end-users found the interface slick and easy to use, and a proper balance between wealth of information and simplicity of entering requisitions..
It has a lot of options that you can enable/disabled to fit your needs.
The product is sold in multiple modules and you only buy what you need. The do have RFQ module too :

hope this helps.
PS: today I'd probably consider a tool like WebSan, which does cover Timesheets, Expenses, project creation in GP and requisitions (though probably not as powerfull as eRequester) http://www.websan.com/solutions/time-expense-system-for-dynamics-gp
Many thanks Beat for all the suggestions and the recommendations. eRequester seems to have won my heart.
