I recently upgraded to Windows 8.1 (64bit) and installed RMS up to 2.0.1006. I'm running Outlook 2010 (32bit).
I now cannot export PO reports to Outlook in HTML format. I can export to Word and other Office products.
UAC is turned off.
Outlook is my default mail program.
Are there file associations I need to make to get this to work?
Is there a solution? All the solutions I've found on the forum aren't working.

you could try using Mozilla Thunderbird. I have multiple problems with Outlook and older programs that want to send emails. Thunderbird works with all of them and doesn't give me problems later. Best of all ITS FREE.
Did you ever find a solution to this? I'm having the same issue.
If Outlook is closed, the export works fine. It's apparently only when Outlook is open that the export fails.
Should I be looking at Office security settings? Local Security Policies for UAC? Could the DEP be doing this? Is there an update or hotfix I'm missing?
