Terry, client tells me that this was / is the same number from the prior year that they tried to file with on Friday and got rejected.
Can you verifiy that this is still the same value for the 2014 filing?
Terry, just had a second client tell me this morning that they tried to file R1 with the number provided above and it was rejected.
Is there something missing?
Is there a new transmitter string that they need each year? Maybe that is the problem.
Help.

Updated 2014 RL-1 FRENCH form click HERE.
A field was added to the Payroll T4/R1 Print - Canada window that’s used to enter the RL-1 form authorization number. This number indicates that the RL-1 slip was generated using Microsoft software. Microsoft has been approved as a vendor that is authorized by Revenue Quebec. You’ll need to enter the authorization number (FS1401112) if you’re using Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 or Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015.
• To open the Payroll T4/R1 Print - Canada window, select Microsoft Dynamics
GP >> Tools >> Routines >> Payroll Canada >> T4 and R1 Print.
• In the RL-1 Auth Number field, enter FS1401112 and Click OK to save the change
It has been confirmed by two clients as correct.
