ClickDimensions does not natively support exporting the dynamic filters (query criteria) of marketing lists directly in bulk. To export filters per marketing list: For Dynamic Marketing Lists:
Go to Advanced Find in Dynamics.
Select Marketing List.
Add a column for Type (to filter dynamic lists).
Open each dynamic list and:
Click Manage Members > View Query.
Manually copy or screenshot the filter criteria (there is no export button).
Optionally, use XrmToolBox's FetchXML Builder plugin to extract the FetchXML for each dynamic list (which contains the filter logic).
For Static Marketing Lists:
You can export the member list, but filters aren’t stored (members are manually or bulk added).
To audit all: Use Power Automate or custom C# plugin to loop through all dynamic lists and extract their FetchXML queries if automation is required.
