We have a Dynamics CRM 2013 instance on premises and we wish to add Yammer integration. The issue we get is when trying to verify the account with Yammer Office 365.

Hi There I don't know if you fixed this but I just wanted to chime in with my 2 cents:

Then trying to integrate on premise installations of Dynamics with Yammer, you can't use the username and password from your admin acount.

You need to use the administrator email address and for the password you need to use a temporary password from one of your app integrations:

1. Log into Yammer as admin

2. Go to apps ( three dots upper left )

3. Scroll down and select the yammer tab

4. Select any app (I used android)

5. Finish the integration with the admin email and the password from your app

6. Profit !
