If you are still seeing this issue, please email dlcommed at microsoft dot com and specify the URL where you are starting, and which steps you are taking.
I do see the CRM forum in the dropdown list when logged in as a community member.

When ever I am trying to submit new post the error message show llike "An error occurred while attempting to save this post."

Facing the same problem here, from last few weeks it's not working properly. Have you ever try off-topic posts also.

The forums are temporarily missing from the list, but you can always find them via landing landing page-> Forum (in top nav).

Appears they have killed off a number of the original forums without really announcing it, even though they were still being used and they were a useful source of info.
Re: asking a question - just ask it in the Sales or Customer Service forum.
