Is it possible to create a tool like AXeptance, by creating a module in dynamic 365 and based on Selenium for the execution of the scenarios.
I want to know the limitations of Selenium that will prevent me from doing this.

Are you aware of out-of-the-box features of AX 7 that allow you to generate tests from task recording? Performance tests are actually based on Selenium.
Because it's already there, the answer to whether it's possible is obviously "yes".
But note that UI tests are one of the worst kind of tests - they are slow, easy to break by changes, identification of failure causes may be difficult and so on...
