Hi,
I have a customer who has let their MS Dynamics online account lapse. Is there a way to restore that data?
the URL they used to access is of the form: xxxxx.crm5.dynamics.com
crm5.dynamics.com resolves okay but with the xxxx, which represents the companies name it is not found.
All of the above is expected of course.
Is there a way to get that back running with their old data?

It depends on how long ago their account lapsed. Contact Support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM as soon as possible to see if they can restore the data for you.
