Hello,
If i want to reprint a journal on Microsoft retail POS it gives me this error
'cannot connect to printer
please make sure that you have a printer installed and that is properly configured before counting'
But i can print when i excute the transaction at first so i dont know why i have this issue.
Please i need your help.

I am having the same issue, however, they are trying to print to a standard laser printer for the reprint of the receipt. The standard printer is their default printer and it is not a receipt printer. What else can I do here?

You may also want to make sure you are using OPOS drivers. I recommend going to the manufacturer website and using some Opos drivers that are a few version prior to the newest. I have found that the latest OPOS drivers seldom work with RMS.
Try setting you receipt printer as default.
Contaol Panel | Printers and Faxes | right click on your receipt printer and select set as default.
