Hello,
i have two owners one of the owner can see two records for the other owner. i really don't know why. Regarding the security the owner has just access to his records.

Is the account shared? Depending on your cascade rules between account and opportunity sharing and unsharing the account would cascade down to the opportunity.
Note: Out of the box the cascade will be defined as parental which would cascade to opportunity.
both users are in one team same team with no role for it. i noticed something that the two records are for the same account. the opportunities are not shared.
The most likely reasons are that one if the users is a member of team. And that team has a security role that gives them access. The other likely reason is that the opportunity has been shared with the second user.
If you use access teams, also check to see if these are correct. And that the second user isn't incorrectly listed in the access team on the opportunity.

Check if the User (Owner) is a part of another team which has access to other Oppty records . Or the Owner might have shared the records with the other user .
You can check if there are any other security roles assigned to the user which might have higher priviledges to view others records ,
