I want to send out a customer voice survey every 3 months after someone was been in our program for 3 months. I've made a calculated field to show the date that marks the 3 month anniversary for each person. Is there a way I can trigger an email to be sent when the 3 month mark has been hit? Would this involve creating a power automate flow?
Hi Felicia,
You can create a scheduled cloud flow which is repeat daily to compare the calculated date with now.
Set repeat daily.
Here are some of the more important parts of the process, then just add a step to send an email. The first half of the Filter rows is the Name of calculated field.

To Answer your question - You have create scheduled flow to run on daily basis and fetch all the records where current date is equal to the date calculated by you in calculated field once you got those records fetched you have add a action to send email notification action to your flow it will send email notification to the provided recipent.
