Is there a way to obtain a signature or email approval from the customer on a service - sales order?
Example we are a service based company providing in home and on site service to our end customers, we would like to get a virtual signature and or at least a email reply back on approving initial work to start as well as for change orders that may happen along the way of working for a customer. say they want a more expensive tile we need to get approval for a change like this.

Because In Business Central only Internal Users(Or a User With the Correct License) Can Approve the Work flow Process.
