Hello,
Created Lookup field in Opportunity form as Market Segment.
When Market Seg = Metalform then, In Opportunity line items Calculation based on Three new fields values.
If Market Seg = any other(Value) then, In Opportunity line items Calculation will be standard.
How to achive this without JS or Coding.

Hi ashish,
Create a workflow on the update of the lookup field and by checking the conditions you can do the calculations appropriately using increment by / Decrement By in workflow and update the record.

You cannot achieve this without code. You need to write plugin or custom workflow activity for this.
