Error message: when Cancelling a Deliver remainder quantity for PO: inventory transaction = Ordered

Hi,

Can you please help? there are a lot of old PO in our system that have to be "closed". For some of them, when I do a "Cancel Update" of Deliver quantity, I've got the following error message: "Quantity ordered cannot be reduced because there are not enough open stock transactions with Ordered status".

The status of the PO is "Open order", document status is "Invoice"

The inventory transaction of my line is: "Ordered"

We don't use any workflow

The PO is linked to a direct delivery

What happens if you do the cancel from the linked sales order line?

The error message means that the PO line is already cancelled because there is no pending quantity (Ordered) standing in the item Transaction list.

- Is the PO received?

- Why do you want to cancel the delivery remainder?

- Do you see the lines in Procurement > Inquiries > Open PO lines

Hi,

There are some PO lines which are still "Ordered" if you refer to the 2nd picture I sent.

I want to cancel the "deliver remainder" because there are linked to the all PO which have been partially invoiced.

If you go to Released Items form > Transaction list, can you see the PO, and in what status it is? Also check the On-hand inventory. i assume that the PO is not on Order
