We use VOC a lot, but since the night between 16th and 17th the pulling of survey responses from Azure has been very unstable and only pulls in a few at a time. This means that survey responses from the 17th have still not fully been pulled into CRM.
It's CRM Online (xxx.crm4.dynamics.com) and its at two customers still on the 2016 version (8.1.1.xxxx).
- Does anyone have same issues?
- Has anything happend to the Online environment that night?
I would really appreciate feedback, since customers are dependent on these responses getting back to CRM.
