Setting up an API in SmartConnect

Hi GP Community,

I want to setup an API connection using SmartConnect and I was wondering if someone can help me. If I click on Service Providers, I am asked to fill in the Parameter tab and Return Types tab.

If I Service PRovider Setup, I am limited to a fixed set of providers: Zendesk, Concur, etc. None of these apply to me.

I have the Access Key and Token

I'm not sure if this will help, but it appears that you're needing to add a different service provider to SmartConnect?

If so, I found the following online, it appears to mention that there are default providers, such as Zendesk, Concur, that are added for convenience and then gives steps to import other providers.

As it appears to be more of a question with the SmartConnect application itself, along with this forums, it may be worth asking of eOne support or their forums also.

There support forums are not really of any use. If anyone can direct me to a source that would be fantastic.
