Database table and field changes between versions (2009 and 2015)

My company is in the process of updating from 2009 to 2015.  I'm the quality/metrics engineer and I'm trying to prepare for the change, but can't find any documentation of database and field changes between the 2 versions.

We are forced to use a 3rd party metrics tool because of the poor data reporting capabilities inside NAV.  Even basic metrics like On Time Delivery(Shipment) are not in standard NAV even though this metric has been a standard IS9000 requirement for many years.

The first table I've looked at (Sales_Shipment_Line) has several field changes some of them critical to my 3rd party dashboards.  Where can I find a guide to all the database changes and field changes between the 2 versions?

Is there also a guide or help file somewhere that explains the data in each field in each table in NAV 2015?  The built in user help leaves a lot of holes as there's not even a complete list of fields for the Sales Shipment Line table that I've found so far.

For example in NAV 2015 Sales_Shipment_Line table is missing the Order_Date field that was there in NAV 2009 table.  What field replaced the Order_Date in 2015?  I see a new field Created_Date but can't find any info to confirm it functions the same as Order_Date.  Our NAV 2015 is not yet online so I have no data in the tables to verify data is the same between the fields so I need documentation to verify the dashboard will function if I use Created_Date instead of Order_Date.

I have 84 tables, 32 dashboards, and 15 ETL cubes to make 2015 ready.  Where can I find the documentation I need Microsoft?

There is no Guide which gives field changes between NAV2009 and 2015.

Is Order_Date a standard field in Sales Shipment Line table in NAV2009?

if you have added new fields in NAV2009 then you need to merge them in NAV2015 tables.

Sadly there is no guide which provide you the field changes between NAV 2009 and NAV 2015. (Would have been great if there is).
