Custom APPS not showing to users despite Security roles being selected

A User with System Administrator role has created Custom Apps through the App Designer (https://CUSTOM.dynamics.com/apps > Create new App)

The Apps are Validated, Published, and then using "manage roles", the correct User roles have been selected for access.

The Custom Apps then show in https://home.dynamics.com/ for the Administrator who created the Apps, but not for any of the Users who have the Security roles that are selected for access to those Apps.

Clicking Sync at https://home.dynamics.com/ does not make the new apps visible.
Following direct URLs for the apps gives the message: "The app URL wasn't found or you need permission to open it"
Tested on multiple browsers for multiple users
Repeated this process and created multiple Apps and still the result is the same

Any suggestions welcome

Hi there,

You should set the Read privilege on the Model-driven App entity to Organization on the Customization tab. This privilege should be added to the security role(s) of the users.

Going into the Security Roles > CUSTOM USER Role > Customization tab and setting "Model-drive App" to Read solved the problem.
