In another thread of you, I have recommended to start with the AA check links as a start, although, you do need to take into consideration that in old versions of Dynamics GP, like (GP 2010 or GP 10), there have been a number of incidents in which the AA Check links corrupted data rather than fixing it.

In this essence, if the corruption is huge, you might need to consider updating to the latest service pack in GP 2010 before running the check links. Remember, if your choice was to run the process, back up is a must.
