Project quote not picking sales price from project price list

Hi,

Version: D365 CRM

I am trying to create a project quote, but while creating the quote line the sales price is always showing as zero. This is despite the fact that i have attached a role based project price list at the quote header level.  And I am unable to change it manually as the field is locked. I have also checked the chargeability view and it shows the sales price I am expecting on the quote on this screen, but the same does not update on the quote line. However the cost price is getting pulled in from the organization unit cost prices on the quote lines correctly. Can you please tell me what is being missed by me in terms of the setup or on the quote creation step?

Thanks

Thank you Antti, I don't have this PSA in the solutions.

    Thank you for replying Antii.

Am currently using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Version 1612 (8.2.1.360) (DB 8.2.1.360) online. Is this the latest version or has there been any other updates after this version?

The sales price hour simply refuses to populate any value on the quote, other things are same as in screenshots given by you. As suggested by you for now just to run through the sales cycle i am creating a fee line and proceeding with it.

Also do you know of a couple more things:

    1) where do we get to see knowledge base/support issues that have been logged for D365 PSA? I have always used the LCS support issue search for searching for Dynamics AX product issues, but not sure where to search for CRM/PSA issues?

    2) Are you aware of any connector that Microsoft has released which integrates CRM/PSA with D365 for Finance & Operations. Basically want to have a situation where the sales team enters Accounts and these should get directly integrated to D365 finance as customers.
