    Hi,

you can give the filter condition for the view based on the owner field like owner equals to

yes you can deactivate the BPF for the case the entity

If you want to do based on the users then in 8.2 you have an option in the security role to which user you want to give permission like read, write etc.

    Hi

We can't set Security Role for Views (but for entities, so that records in a view varies depending upon the Read privilege of that entity).

You can set Security Roles for a form, in the form editor.

Please go through for form security role:

    community.dynamics.com/.../role-based-forms

For BPF with security role, refer this:

    www.powerobjects.com/.../control-access-to-business-processes-security-role

    Thanks,
