    Hi,

The label editor is the tool to use to "find, edit and create labels": msdn.microsoft.com/.../aa617477.aspx

If that's not what you are looking for, can you elaborate more on your needs?

    Regards

In label editor when I try to find already existing label, if it does not find then it shows empty grid, but when I try to add a new label by pressing New or by Ctr+N , new label does not create and gives an error language field can not be empty from where I'm missing the language field , please explain how can i create a new label.

In the "Label" tab,  is there a language assigned to "In the language" field?

Also, check the Setup tab and make sure a "Label file ID" is assigned.

Yes, in find what "Check date " is assigned

"in the language" en-us  is assigned

and in the setup tab Label Field Id "SYS" is assigned

Your settings seems ok. I couldn't reproduce the error.

As I haven't face this error before, my next step would be to look at the debugger to see if there's any hints to be find.

On the other hand, it is best practice to use a new LabelFileID when you want to create new Labels. Maybe you can try that first and see if it make any difference.

    Regards
