Hi,

Is there an automated way of flagging/reassigning or removing a connected to/role (to) connections from users that are no longer part of an organisation?

Hi Partner,

You mentioned: users that are no longer part of an organisation

As the documentation said:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/delete-users#about-deleted-users

When a user is deleted from the Microsoft 365 admin center, the user isn't removed from environments in which they're active. Instead, the user's status is set to Disabled in Power Platform.

So you can use power automate to update connection records when user status is changed to disabled.
