Set Regarding Automatically when user clicks email icon on screen to send email to customer

Hi Guys

Wonder if you have workaround so that when user clicks icon on email icon in UCI, when outlook opens up, the email regarding will be set to the selected customer utilising d365 and outlook integration plugin.

* The regarding field is none

Is it possible to pass parameter between the two platforms? or regarding field can only be filled in by the app automatically if we select the customer through d365 on outlook itself, but not through UCI? Thanks!
