How to track Send email from Outlook into CRM

Dear all,

In our company we have different type of people. Some works only with CRM online and some others prefer to work with CRM outlook app plug in from outlook.

The question I have based on this is that, when you send and email from outlook and not from inside CRM, how to get that email tracked into CRM ?

I remember that we get trouble in the past where email was not track in CRM if theire were send from outlook.

Thanks, but the question is when a contact is in our CRM, how to get the send email from outlook for this contact or account to be automatically tracked ?

The sent items from the outlook also tracked, check the configurations on the Outlook, or you can manually track the sent items from the outlook, select the list of the emails on the sent item folder in the Outlook then click on Track.
