Management Reporter: why my row returns no figures when i have a Main account + Financial dimension?

Dear 

in my management reporter , when i use my main account or financial dimension project separately , i get results just fine in the row 

BUT when i use them both in the same line like: Main Account + Project to call a certain combination , then i get no value at all (answering your question, yes there are transaction on this combination that i am looking for)

example 

account 411111-ABC has $5000

when i put 411111 in my row , i get $5000

or when i put ABC in my row , i also get the $5000

but when i put 411111-ABC (in the respective fields of course) I don't get any result

any idea why this is happening ?

    Hi Silvano,

    How did you enter the account & financial dimension information?

    If you double click on the account field, can you see that ledger account 411111 and project ABC is selected?

    In case you only select the project, you might need to work with wildcards to get all account transactions posted for the project included.

    Can you share the setup made especially the one that results in an outcome and the one that does not?

    the account and financial dimension are there,

    when i select my project on it's own or my account on its own , the figures appear

    it is only when i select a combination of both is when i don't get any result

    Ok. Have you tested whether the use of a wildcard ('*') for the ledger account helps when you select the project financial dimension only?
