Hi Guys, bit of a Dynamics N00b here! We have the BIG need to print some copies of printed Cheques that are from just over a year ago, our bank cannot get copies as the cheques were never cashed - So does anyone know of a way of printing copies of old cheques?? We are running Dynamics GP 9.0, if that helps? Thanks for your help Ben

Thanks for the reply! We need to print the old as we have the need to see what address the cheques went too, and I know on our printed cheques the payee field shows the address of the payee also - this is what we need... Any ideas? :-) Many Thanks!

I have tried this many times, in various different ways, but cannot find a way for it to show the address that would have been on the check. I can get it to show our address, but when I include the vendor address, it just comes up blank when the report is run.

    Hi Ben,

MHC Software offers a laser cheque printing solution called Document Express.  Document Express is an affordable add-on solution to Dynamics GP.  Document Express has an area called document history which will store all of the cheques that you have ever printed.  This will allow an authorized user to re-print a cheque at any time.  MHC Software has over 650 clients throughout the US and Canada using this solution.  If you are interested in taking a closer look at Document Express please send me an email.  I look forward to hearing from you.

    Thank You,

    Hi Kyle,

I'm sure the company you are recommending is a fine organisation, however your post does little to help the OP out of his current predicament which is to do with previously generated cheque data. I notice all your posts are related to your products. While it is great to find out about specific problem solving software, in this case I doubt installing your software will resolve the OP's problem which is retrieval of data from a cheque already issued.

    Perhaps I am wrong.

    Best regards,

    Hi Ian,

You are correct, the solution that I am recommending is not going to resolve the current problem, but rather prevent it from happening again in the future.

    Thanks,

    Kyle
