ms crm 2013 document management with sharepoint

Hello All,

I am getting error when trying to open document in sharepoint and the error is "An error is occourred while loading the page. The URL might not be valid sharepoint site or location URL".

I checked the related services and all are in running status.

Aslo googled, but did not find related to issue.

Main thing is that, after restart CRM database it start working for somedays(5-6 days) then again gives error.

I am fed up of restarting server again and again. Looking for some ideal solution.

I am using ms crm 2013 onpremise version and for document management using sharepoint 2010 version. Both has different server and different database.

    Hi,

    This sounds like a SharePoint list component error. Have a look at this article as it may help resolve your issue:

    I already checked the link, its not helping me.

    Earlier i have already added with local intranet site zone.

    Problem is for some days it work and then gives error.

    Still having the issue. Is there specific service that restarted when taking restart of database.
