Hello,
We have 2 general ledger batches that a user was attempting to print. They are both now stuck, with the status of "printing". They are not appearing in batch recovery and we cannot access them in any way to delete or modify.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Hello - We are experiencing the same situation with a batch ID that cannot be edited printed or deleted. The T-SQL from your link keeps giving errors in the studio related to syntax. We are on SQL 2012 using GP 2013, so that might be the issue. Would you be able to assist with the syntax?
Hi Naga,
Using the script from the first link, I had to move the use [company database] before the variable declaration in order to make it work.
Using SQL Server 2008 R8
Cheers
Thanks Naga. First solution worked beautifully.
