Our client has 2 companies. (company1: Selling, company2: Manufacturing)
And they sell customizable products so we are using the Product Configuration Model.
We built many configuration model structures for all their product and when being used, they generate production orders needed to fulfill the orders.
What we notice is that when creating the sales order directly in company2 and configuring the line(to generate the BOM), the subBOM & subRoute fields are populated under Line Details > Products > SubBOM/SubRoute.
But when starting the orders from Company1 and creating the intercompany direct delivery orders, it does not automatically fill-in/select the generated SubBOM & SubRoute.
The BOM & route are being created and their fine. It's just not being selected.
I appreciate your input on this.
