Hi,
In Contact card, there is this button - Apply template. May I ask where to apply this template?
Is it from Configuration Package?
I would like to one shot upload all my contacts, so that I don't need to manually key in one by one.

Yes, the tempalte you call from the contact card page is a configuration template (the ones where the table ID is set to 5050 = contact).
In the demo data no such template exists, but it is easy to create one.
I think the template is good to be used one creating a new contact manually ... you click New, get the No. for the new contact and then apply the template to get some more fields filled automatically.
If you want to take over a reasonable number of contacts from a different system you can use the Configuration Packages.
