The user wants to receive an alert when the Purchase Order was confirmed or ready to receive the material.
I create an alert but i don't have success with this alert, i set up as follows:

Can you explain what you mean with "don't have success with this alert"? What is the current behavior? Have you verified if the Change based alerts batch job is running?
Note that all orders start with the status 'Open order'. Only when you have partly delivery and invoices, it will get back to this status.
Can you check if your batch job for alerts are running?

Hi JSergio,
In the menu System administration, there is a menu option to open the batch jobs. On this form, you can search for all batch jobs related to "alerts" and check the status and last date/time when it was executed.
