D365FFO on-premises with power BI

Hi All,

To use D365FFO-on-premises  with power BI , we need to install power BI locally ?

is there any documentation how to do install power bi,and how to connect it D365FF0 on-premises.

    Yes, you can only use Power BI Desktop (=local). I'm sure you will find plenty of installation instructions in Power BI documentation or communities.

    D365FO database is just a SQL Server database. So you can search for Power BI documentation about how to connect to SQL Server database.

    Hi Mohammad,

    PowerBI.com integration is not yet available for on-premises deployments.

    If you want to connect to on-premises Dynamics 365, please use Power BI Desktop instead.
