Prices Including VAT must be equal to 'Yes'

Hello Professionals.

Please am trying to return a sales order using the return sales order module.

I keep getting this following error

Prices Including VAT must be equal to 'Yes' in Sales Invoice Header: No.=INVP000211. Current value is 'No'.

Kindly advise .

Hi,

Please check on Line weather Vat Pro. Posting Group & Vat. Bus. Posting group have value ? Also please check weather Tax Area Group code have value on Header.

In Sales&Receivables setup check field: VAT Bus. Posting Gr. (Price)

In item card (that is being returned), check the field: "VAT Bus. Posting Gr. (Price)"

If these fields are filled in, the Prices will be calculated including VAT for those customers who match the VAT Bus. Posting group. and on such customer cards, you would need to add checkmark - Prices including VAT - so all documents are created with that checkmark.

Hi Austin,

Please do proper setup of VAT Posting Setup.

Also check at Line Level, have you entered the value of VAT Bus. Posting Group and VAT Prod. Posting group value.

Also Check if Tax Area Code has value on the header, if so it is trying to calculate the tax and if you have tax area code the prices including VAT should be set to FALSE

Are you posting sales credit memo while copy document the sales order or creating a sales return order.

I am creating a sales return order for goods that were returned please.

Am confused now.

Is there an issue with the VAT SETUP..?

is there an attribute response for return please ?

Are you using a different customer for the return sales order then you have on the original invoice?

Or have you changed the customer setting that says "Price incl. VAT" on the customer between the invoice and the return order?
