Microsoft have not released the CRM developer toolkit for CRM 2015.

You cannot use crm 2011 or crm 2013 developer toolkit to do this, as in CRM 2015, the framework is already updated from 4.5 to 4.5.2.

So if you are using early bound, you have to generate it using CRM 2015 SDK ,CrmSvcUtil.exe.

The purpose of using CrmSvcUtil.exe is to generate Xrm from CRM. (Early bound), if you are using late bound, you can ignore this step.

Assuming you've finished your coding, make sure the workflow is using 4.5.2 framework, and sign in the assembly.

    1. download the latest SDK CRM 2015, go to Tool and select plugin registration tool. You can refer to the below picture for reference.

    2. Sign in to the CRM online

    5. if you are not able to see the create button, use Tab to move to the button and click Enter.

    6. Go to the process in CRM and you should able to see the workflow
