Inventory Receipt Costing Voucher Missing

Hi everyone,

Previously once we post the Product receipt we have 4 line entries as follows:

Vendor Product Receipt
Purchase expenditure, un-invoiced  200
Purchase accrual                              -200

Inventory Receipt Costing Voucher
Product receipt                                 200
Purchase expenditure, un-invoiced -200

Now we only have 2 lines:

Vendor Product Receipt
Purchase expenditure, un-invoiced  200
Purchase accrual                              -200

Can you help us go through this?

For both scenarios we have the following setup as seen on this link: https://community.dynamics.com/ax/f/33/p/281106/806443#806443

Best regards,

Edmond

    Hi Ludwig,

Upon checking, there are no entries found under "Subledger journal entries not yet transferred."  I found the solution via unchecking the Fixed receipt price.

    Best regards,

    Edmond

    Hello Edmond,

There can be a couple of things that might be responsible for this.

One possibility is that you posted the transaction with a $0 price (see your prior post).

Another option is that the voucher is pending in the subledger journal not yet transferred form in GL.

Then it might be the item that is used. Is this a stocked or non-stocked item and has a cost price been setup in the cost price tab of the item master?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
