Custom Reports to calculate hit ratio of won/loss opportunities

I am looking for information on creating a report that will calculate the hit ratio of opportunities (won;loss). We currently have a custom report that calculates the hit ratio but I have been asked to add additional parameters such has hit ratio based on vertical market, customer, and revenue cap. It took 4 hours to do this on one district manually in Excel. We are current CRM 2016 SP2 on-prem. I have dabbled a bit in Power BI. The report needs to be "delivered" monthly to our sales reps whether a CRM notification or a dashboard. If anyone has a report they can share or code that would be great! Thanks in advance.
