Hello,

I have an automation which changes the status reason of a contact to /contacted/ when an email is sent to them:

Unfortunately, it does not work with the bulk emails sent using quick campaigns. How ca I fix that?

    Hi,

As per our understanding, you might be triggering your workflow on the creation of “Email” and “Status” change of email. I would suggest you trigger your workflow on field change as well. So, every time your email’s status is changed to Sent, it will trigger the flow and change the respective contact’s status. Kindly follow the instructions mentioned below.

Go to Advance settings > under “Process Center” section select “Processes” > Open the respective process record > select “Records Fields Change” option and select the mentioned field as highlighted in the screenshot below.

This should help resolve your concern.

    Thanks!

Instead of using "Record status changes" use "Record fields change -> statuscode" because the status change means it triggers on statecode change only.
As the mail gets deactivated on "pending send" already, your inner condition (equals Sent) will never be true as this point.
